This is only a step towards what you want to achieve. If you feel suffocated, know that you can still turn the ash back into fire.
Some days will be hard, but never give up easily.
It is okay even if you don't make it up to the expectation level. Everyone has their first time and it is okay to be nervous. I know you gave your best. Hope to see a new version of myself.
Don't be afraid of making mistakes or speaking imperfectly. You joined this program because you wanted to learn, not because you already knew everything. Be brave enough to share your ideas, listen to others, and keep trying even when something feels difficult. When you look back at this, I hope you can see how much more confident and capable you have become.

Dear Joan, remember why you started. You wanted to build an ethical and people-centered media. Even if the project was not perfect, you showed up, you led, you built across borders. Be proud of that. Keep building. — Sincerely, Joan, Week 1
Remember why you started. You didn't join to be comfortable. You joined to grow. Now go use everything you have learned and build something that matters.
Don't be afraid to speak up and share your ideas. Even if everything doesn't go exactly as planned, remember that you are here to learn, grow, and step outside of your comfort zone. And to always be proud of yourself for trying something new.
Remember to stay open-minded to whatever the outcome may be, and show up with the best intentions.
